At this time The CIS forum is open to anyone who wishes to register and discuss online gaming with other members. There are no restrictions other than we will not tolerate spam posting or certain behaviors. I encourage anyone reading this message to register with The CIS if you have not already done so and join us in our discussions and online gaming.

If you find any problems with your registration process on this forum, please let me know immediately and I will take care of the problem. Either PM or e-mail me by clicking on my name. If I'm not online at that time, I will probably get to it within a few hours.

There is no reason that registration should be turned off on this forum so again, if you find it to be otherwise please let me know asap.
